Best box office ever. It's just so boxy and officey.
Wow, the rudest people I have ever talked too! I called because unfortunately I couldn't go to the show I was going to and the tickets where at will call. I called to ask about transferong the name or have the tickets emailed to me so I could give them to a friend. The first person I talked too cut me off in the middle of me telling him why I called and transferred me to someone else without saying anything. Then I explained to the second person why I called and they stopped me and told me "contact AXS about that" and hung up on me! So rude and not helpful. I love Red Rocks, but they need to teach there employees some costumer service and common courtesy!
