My boyfriend had the Southwest Burger with tots. His burger was a bit pink too, but not near as bad as mine. The tots we're not good at all. They tasted old.
Amazing burgers! The Hogback is the best, and you can order it with bison instead of beef. The burgers are 5 stars, but service and pricing bring it down to 4. The place isn't very well-run, but the burgers are great and they'll bring your order into the bar next door if you want to have beers.
We waited for our ice cream order for 25 minutes. When I was handed the strawberry milkshake there was a hair in it!! The manager/owner (?) was absolutely no support to the staff that needed help. He ran around with 2 dishes of ice cream looking for the correct customer. He could not find out who they belonged to so, he gave the two dishes of ice cream to the female behind the counter & said, "take care of this, I cannot handle this" and took off. Not a place I will return unless there is a sign in the window that says under new management
We came to the Holiday Bar (which seems to have good specials) but got for from Mill Street Eats. I got the Look Out Burger ($9.25) with Sweet Potato Fries (additional $2.25). The burger was ok, pretty thin and halfway through I realized it wasn't very warm, so I shined my phone light on it (we were in the dimly lit bar) to see that it was almost completely pink! Given how this it was, the burgers had to have been cooked from frozen and they obviously didn't take their time to make sure they were done. My stomach has been a wreck for 2 days now and I'm wondering if that is why. The fries were nothing to write home about and had a strange seasoning that I wasn't fond of. The ranch was very obviously from a Gordon's or similar food service, so I didn't eat that either.
We were very disappointed with our meal and will not be back.
TO THE OWNER: your employees are both awesome. Do very well with complaints and are able to handle a stressful situation with ease. With that being said. Fix your Nachos. They are a joke. No beef. No sour cream. No guacamole. I have had better nachos in prison. Raise the price. Add the right ingredients. This review is based solely on the ingredients and not service or quality. Those are both 5 stars.
Nice little cafe right off the main drag in Morrison. They have a nice variety of burgers, other types of sandwiches, and ice cream. It is connected to a bar, however there is a patio with picnic tables aside a creek. Makes for an enjoyable lunch, and it is decently priced. Will visit again.
